Engrish is a lot of fun if you are someone who speaks it or even better if you think you speak it and you are in a land where people also thing they speak it but make mistakes from time to time.
There is nothing wrong with making mistakes with a language that is not your own, I do it all the time. I speak mostly only English like most Americans so I am not being a judgey-pants.
But when people do things wrong it doesn't mean I cant find it funny..
This is not my own and it isn't talking about coconuts that you don't have to pay for, it is talking about coconuts that fall from trees, as they tend to. Did you know that more people die each year from falling coconuts than from shark attacks?
This one was reported by a friend. It is a minor mistake made by a pharmacologist or whatever the fuck they are called. In Thailand they are a dime a dozen, they tend to be young ladies and they don't have a high level of education or the ability to prescribe you anything that is going to get your "fucked up maaaaan!"
So making a mistake like this, especially when they tell you to take every medication after a meal isn't really a big surprise.
