The REAL reason why crisp makers make the packets so loud

Some of us may wonder what is the secret in the fact that bags of chips are loud, along with potato chips , The explanation of this puzzle was answered by a professor of experimental psychology at Oxford University of Britain Charles Spence.

Why do bags of chips make a loud noise?

The crispy bag and crispy chips make the potatoes taste better. If you can hear the rustle of a potato chip bag, it makes the taste of the snack better.

Spence conducted a "sound experiment" in which participants ate chips of French fries while wearing headphones. The result was that they said the food was "older and more spongy" when they could not hear the chips. The Spinneys theory is that manufacturers use this information and make bags and potato chips produce as much sounds as possible to make them taste better.

"The sound of food is important, and the sound of the packaging in which the food is packed, and the sound of the atmosphere during the meal are also important," Spence said.

"There is no reason to keep products," he said. "It's probably a marketing person who thought about it: this is a food that makes a noise when you eat it, so you have to have correct expectations for its cover."

The study came after the scientist Ian Fisk, an assistant professor of food chemistry at the University of Nottingham, said that dipping a piece of biscuits in a cup of tea makes the taste of biscuits really better. He presented his findings after an experiment with "Inside the Factory," which is on BBC 2 this month, to see how many odors and flavors are produced before and after dipping biscuits into tea. The study found that biscuits produced twice the amount of aromas and flavors after dipping, which Fisk said it makes taste better.
