Initially I will describe how I creatively provided a game changing cryptocurrency coin called LIFT and it’s utility to give it value. Then I will describe where and how you can acquire some.
I created a unique coin utility for the entire cryptocurrency space, to increase adoption of gold, bitcoin and other cryptocurrency. It doesn’t compete, it encourages mass adoption of others for incentives in their community, which is why it’s called Local Incentive
I can create adoption because of my unique background in credit card marketing and merchant advertising which has lead me to create a unique marketing system that doesn’t cost any money to the business, or the charity to benefit from.
We leverage our independent partners to cover the cost to provide free “World of Charity” gold bullion cards to people that have a QR coin for LIFT coin usage on one side and K-Merchant advertisements on the other. A mock up of the card is in progress and future reports will show more about how it works.
Every time someone uses the LIFT coin to track donations, they are reminded of the K-Merchant businesses as they hold it up for scanning and verification by the teller. This is competitive wallet advertising that LIFT coin would fund to ensure businesses want to sign up for K-Merchant to have their customers reminded of them every time they make a purchase using the LIFT protocol with them or any other business.
This coin backs this program to create wallet advertising like nothing ever seen.
They are dispersed by charities seeking funding, paid for by LIFT sponsoring partners in the Bitcoin banking.
Using Karatbars services is optional but they will always be reminded of them and businesses will all market to their customers upon using the LIFT discount and donation card printed for World of Charity ambitions. Each card becomes a fundraising tool using cryptocurrency and so much more. The business plan is dynamic with many layers of direct marketing and internet marketing by the people who care about causes themselves, not outsourced companies.
LIFT tracks donations the second the card is scanned and coin data is sent, all parties can verify they received the tracking and it’s on a permanent ledger. It’s a “proof of stake” protocol so it doesn’t use mining or much electrical usage in comparison, therefore it’s also faster for microtransactions.
LIFT is distributed through the waves blockchain which we can use, not as a currency but a s a tool, regardless if it is not compliant in the US.
Coins are distributed for free and no requirement to purchase LIFT coin used in our LIFT protocol of coin disbursement. They are not offered as securities or a guarantee of value. The value is in the use of blockchain as an immutable tool to track donations instantly and facilitate the base goal, free, instant gogold transactions from which we can maximize donations in gold with our business model.
LIFT is a utility token with a scarce number of 500,000,000, once dispersed and then used in business, they will begin to gain value on an open source platform where active trading token exchanges create demand with other top cryptocurrencies, raising their value.
Upon success with LIFT, they will gain in value from scarcity and demand allowing individuals to withdraw them to any compliant cryptocurrency bank for Bitcoin exchange to fiat of their choice or right to Karatbit for the transfer to gold bullion.
There are little if any LIFT coin traded currently. Some have been dispersed but most is in two wallets, the core wallet representing a proportion and a distribution wallet representing coins to be airdropped with the LIFT protocol.
My guidance would seek to hard fork in the future and build on the Karatnet blockchain as described by Ovidio Toma at the Karatbars 4th of July Golden Independence Day.

3 The LIFT Protocol.
The LIFT protocol is the independent contractors all in one, business building system, leveraging agreements with business partners in a way that are currently confidential with our core business partners but which allows us to fund Karatbars “World of Charity” card dispersals of 0.1 gram, 24karat, 999.9 gold bullion by the millions and billions in value in predicted future value.
Imagine a world where we have a way to monetize the idea of voluntaryism, to help everyone earn income creating wealth for their communities, themselves and their favorite charitable causes. I created this idea to use blockchain technology and have a community backed by gold before the announcement of KBC, the world's first gold-exchangeable cryptocurrency.
Karatbars provides a system to create use of a custom 0.1 gram 24karat 999.9 gold wallet cards and cashgold, karatpay and k-merchant methods of payment that LIFT coin and the lift protocol, which disperses it for trade can add billions of more value.
Local Incentive will more likely help independent affiliates adopt Karatbars faster with it’s dynamic integral approach integrating lifestyle coaching with internet marketing and direct marketing strategies for independent Karatbars business owner development.
Karatbars enables LIFT, which enables affiliates along with the entire Bitcoin community and several other cryptocurrencies that LIFT will work with when it’s vision is fulfilled, bringing in more liquidity for traders, increasing long term value from stable adoption for everyone who is holding the top coins.
I created the idea of the Masternode Cooperative, where my company, Liberty Economy llc, is independently working to aid in Karatbars growth so that the LIFT protocol can come into effect.
LIFT matches supporters of local charities with local businesses who donate with every purchase using any Karatbars payment method.
We provide independent contractor positions to earn income accepting payments from businesses to join and participate, along with many member tools to help them grow their business.
4 The Masternode Cooperative
I created the Masternode Cooperative to exemplify the Rochdale principles which outline the purpose of cooperatives and why I as the executive will use the portion I stake to be 100% for the LIFT protocol and not for myself, but for others benefit with the program.
A Masternode and a Supernode are unique cryptocurrency assets that pay dividends for life to an exact proportion of their “staked” holdings for life. Unlike a set number of cryptocurrency coins that can be moved from one place to another, a node must be a collection of coins in such a quantity, that they can be held in a type of vault and rewarded dividends for life.
The purpose is to establish a base stability in the coin so that it should never drop in value to fast. The implication is that the company expects return of coins for it’s services that will enable them to pay dividends to people holding long term.
Masternodes deliver 15% per year of KCB coin value and Supernodes deliver 20% per year of KBC value. The value of these nodes must be calculated again after the hard fork, an event congruent with the convergence of all KBC and KCB coins into one the Gold Standard Coin KBC and a new value is set.
Karatbars KBC has a cost and so Masternodes and Supernodes were only available to the already currently well financially established contributors of Karatbars with hundreds of thousands of dollars of risk capital.
It was my vision for LIFT that pioneered my desire to create a cooperative. If only I could band people behind my idea, and pool funds for a cooperative node ourselves, we could ensure that funds will be available for Local Incentive Financial Technology to launch.
My motives and my plan matched the concept of creating a shared cooperative, where many people pool risk capital in faith that we can have a chance of building something great with guaranteed gold payments with cooperation and LIFT community development.
My duties are to work for people in support of building a cooperative model of sharing wealth as a volunteer, earning income independent with the LIFT protocol, proving the model, until I team up with the proper business partners and we take this idea of “helping those helping others” forward.
We all agreed, we did not know what we did not know, that we would co-design the agreement until a meeting to pool funds after we stake as much as we can, to attain legal aid and our final drafting would occur.
I needed people to stake to launch LIFT and as long as they can help support it and build its community for adoption.
I consider people who stake as my clients and partners. I’m offering a percentage proportional to the whole nodes compliance costs to uphold the node legally and to build its smart contracts once it starts paying.
The costs were not determined. It was agreed that we would pool our funds, choose our lawyers and business partners and co-fund the LIFT protocol development voluntarily.
The agreement also stated that regardless of costs, they would not have coins taken from them, and that the total amount of coins that they put in would be paid back 100% but there would be restrictions. They agreed to the delay of payments until one of two situations occurs. The nodes simply pay out as proportionally divided to ensure they are paid in full, or, we soon find anyone willing to stake on their behalf.
When this happens, we can securely perform the exchange by having the new members send their coins directly to the founding member so they both get a full refund at no loss to them, and we establish community of more suitable team players.
Now there are complications the other group, the syndicate has been created by accident and they seek to destroy me, my family, my company and my ability to offer you the Masternode Cooperative and the LIFT protocol.
To understand you need to know more of the background and history.
5 The Syndicate
As an entrepreneur with a vision of a gold backed local economy, I was successful at pooling together a private group of Masternodes for the development of the LIFT protocol.
I agreed to pay out contributors to the Masternodes as per agreement and contract to simply sustain LIFT, to support it and cover to all necessary costs proportionally. I offer fiduciary duties in exchange for funding to LIFT protocol. The exact percentages to be paid out I explained would be proportional after core costs of established goals listed on the contract.
I helped people attain access to assets that are worth a lifetime of residual income with Karatbars success.
Everything was in the green until an urgent financial attention came to be that needs clearing up immediately.
An accident occurred where 3M KBC coins became stuck in a My Ether Wallet rather than strat to Karatbit because of a mistake. I stand for higher principles and desire my community for LIFT join together stronger as a community to help those that lost coins like our slogan “helping those helping others.”
I addressed the situation professionally but people started to accuse me of theft and in my defense, they became just as appalled that I would defend myself from their attacks that I intentionally harmed people, saying I hoodwinked them. They then blocked me from interacting with them. This is slander and criminal.
This is not about being trusted with money, this is about James Pover being equally a mistaken as I was at the time to take proper precautions to ensure the coins were sent to a properly confirmed address that I would have access too. I prove my ability to be trusted by producing value, moving LIFT forward and and distributing Maseternode coins as they are delivered.
We are still waiting on the Masternode coins to drop and most people haven't completed the contract terms including such as sending ID's to prevent money laundering, verifying a deposit to the Masternodes and the proper deposit addresss to send coins too.
Basic things they are supposed to do were omited by him. It's James Pover that played "telephone" telling people what they wanted to hear to send coins to the Masternodes rather than what they needed to hear about it being a crowdfunder for LIFT requiring certain procedures and participation to maintain their long term stake.
The coins are not lost, they are stuck in a MEW and we know exactly where they are. The coins are not gone for good, a expert hacker can get them out. The value in LIFT is not lost and the business can still bring more value to them through gold affiliate sales LIFT helps to create than the Masternodes can alone as they are limited in how much they pay out and affiliate profits from Karatbars for gold distribution are not.
No one is at a technical loss as node, there simply isn’t as fast a profit as expected.
Not everybody is malicious about it but they pretend to represent the majority.
If everyone gave just a small percentage of their residual income for life the loss would be mitigated in a very short time. However, greater than 95% of the group are unwilling to accept their agreement with what the cooperative was founded on regarding shared ownership and the Rochdale principles.
They are still in the position to earn payments for life from the Masternodes as a cooperative sharing model dealing with loss, but it’s not good enough for them and they aren’t grateful to have access to be part of the LIFT coin adoption and LIFT protocol or having the lifetime chance to be staked in the best unique node group for Karatbars success.
We have to get the funds acknowledged by all those interested, then reach a negotiation where they can have their coins back. It can’t be fixed fighting them, we have to come together, regardless of fault, the purpose is to sustain the vision.
Only a few, being enough people to convince me, out of hundreds involved agreed to support the Cooperative concept and protect the goals of LIFT, seeing me at no fault to be punished for as the other party bore responsibility.
Since the nodes pay out for life, there will not be a loss as people can be patient to see that they will pay out as per the contractual agreements.
The agreement was designed explanation of the ideals and goals of the cooperative effort with funding by members with them but with the LIFT crowdfunder at the center of it all. This is where they have me all wrong expecting strict fiduciary duties, promoted by my business partner at the time, without explanation of the underlying project and his own negligence to not cross verify the address he was promoting to direct funds towards.
Rather than tray my idea like a crowdfunder where I produce a value and deliver no matter what, they treat or as a strict fiduciary responsibility on their terms.
They expected payouts when it said the smart contract would be funded proportionally and that there would be legal fees. Now they want to sue me as if I don’t have costs to start a business. I worked in the wrong business partner relationship, that’s really at the core of it. I need to find a replacement founders who will be pleased with my production regardless of debt. This is why I’m beginning to demonstrate my ethic.
Rather than act as a cooperative with a shared vision with shared expected gains and losses/costs to establishing themselves, leaders of a “Node Syndicate” have turned against me to create a mutiny of greed, envy, callus and lust for power with malicious intent to do me harm.
They actually coerced the other members to pay to sue me and sign new contracts to not communicate with me or they would take their coins, shown below in this documentation.
Even though they have no harm done to them, they seek to do harm to me out of negative selfish motivations evident due to lack of personal consideration for helping people that suffered loss.
The best solution is to leave them without blame to sue and find grateful participants acceptant of costs associated with solving the problems, equating to a slightly longer time for full repayment of coins than what was originally expected.
I must expose the truth and pray that God will allow a miracle to save me as I work in the interests of goodness.
I must find people who want to stake, understanding the cost involved in launching a successful venture as described in my agreement who can replace their stake and ensure funding for the LIFT protocol to gain strength.
The time to implement the solution with the community's help is right now.
I cannot stress how urgent this is as the other parties are paying to press charges with now two crypto lawyers who seek to cause me legal problems. I have attained a law firm for legal defense and I will be posting any updates as they happen.
I am seeking to pay back the affected parties and negotiate with two prominent Karatbars leaders affiliates with notoriety to hold one profitable node.
This would be for an exchange in supporting my mission to save my dreams from crumbling, the people who had coins locked in a MEW and the threatened loss and the LIFT protocol.
This will take trust in community and people who prove their commitment to the company by joining me in business.
LIFT could be an idea of the past without a leader who could execute on its behalf better than me. I know I can’t do it alone however and there are people with great talent who deserve to have a portion and significant co-ownership of my company.
It’s crucial, I need your help to see my ideas, see my transparency, humility and vulnerability in being as proactive and aligned with truth and the power to succeed.
If 10% or 12% a year is something you could live with, rather than 15% a year as provided by the Masternodes without needing infrastructure, smart contracts and cost to protect people from loss who we can care about and build a stronger community.
Their community does not plan for such costs and needs, expecting individuals to manage fiduciary duties with no mission behind their work, soulless.
There was no demand on how much people would have to give as far as time to have node privileges, but it was a requirement to give time to LIFT and that there would be voting once a quarter where people had to maintain their stake in the cooperative we formed.
It was all about funding and promoting the LIFT community from the start.
The dichotomy between a syndicate that only cares about their own profit in competition with others and a cooperative that cares about the totality of the whole company is vast.
The massive “syndicate” was formed, going on nine Supernodes and it all started because of my efforts to help them have some purpose to be together. They have become unbelievably powerful and they want to destroy me on false expectations they set for themselves and of course if they pool their funds for a lawyer, the can get a prosecutor who would do harm to a person who didn’t do any harm to anyone else.
They themselves have no purpose other than to get every last supernode left with compounding interest from Supernode payments and use get people to compete in funding lawyers with them take the Masternodes from my company, all my assets and my dreams.
An unincorporated group calling themselves the “Node Syndicate” have not been harmed because nodes pay for life and my agreement to them can continue to do that technically, but now they are grossly violating my terms and I can only pray that you will help me fundraise their equivalent stake in gold standard coins for yourselves so there is nothing to call fault.
Furthermore, an acidic personality, Ash Grimshaw, who many people have had problems with and who has been kicked out of many Karatbars groups for being a slanderer of Karatbars reputation in the past said this among many other things attacking the company. He doesn't build an affiliate network as James explained and is not interested in actively building the company. His claims have all been refuted but at the time, he was on a mission to destroy peoples confidence in the company following Marvin Steinburg propaganda Read:

This is the person James Pover put in charge of negotiating with me, yet neither of them will really negotiate. It’s pay up or hear from our lawyers and it’s not allowing any room for a solution.
The people that were in that node would be a significantly lack of benefiting from supernode asset, an asset that is more valuable to them than waiting on a litigation settlement which may not work out the way they intend.
If they took the nodes, they didn’t guarantee they will share them with them until recently, with a contest to see who can contribute the most to the litigation, will own more of the nodes they take from me by force and coercion. They didn’t mention any further help for the Supernode contributors other than new nodes they want to acquire among what are left by inviting new people.
Either way, they can’t produce a better solution for the entirety of Karatbars than I can in custody of secured nodes that are to be on a smart contract payment system as soon as possible.
The nodes will sell regardless, but there is only one LIFT protocol.
Ash continues to harass me, telling me I’m going to jail and everything will be taken, the same terms. This is nerve racking considering they power they are putting against me.
Ash acted like James would negotiate, but when I contacted James as directed and asked for negotiation, james had no negotiation acceptance and still simply demanded the nodes with no promise of any greater understanding. They lied about wanting to negotiate, all they want is total control which is not negotiable. The result of a lawsuit winning on their behalf would be equivalent results from my understanding so there is nothing that they encourage negotiation, there is little to no difference.
Ash was saying one thing, James was doing another. I wanted to negotiate to work on my second and third backup plans but they wouldn’t budge. I even said I would hand them over the nodes. I was going to talk about the details in person and I explained my best idea for compromise by email when they turned down the offer to have a real talk.
With my help building them up more nodes, what if we could work together and acquire more, offsetting the cost to lower the rate of loss from new nodes all in their possession that I help build to offset the cost under new terms.
I believed I could help them get enough new nodes and truly educate what LIFT as about that we could have twenty 5% contributions and fully fund the original KBC loss so no one, not anyone in the Masternodes, nor the Supernodes would be reduced nearly as much. They would leave them to litigation settlement on their own. I want everyone to benefit and see LIFT be a success along with my colleagues.
They updated everyone with a mandatory 2.5% litigation fee and 5% Supernode Relief Fund, just the new people though, they weren’t paying the 5% Supernode Relief Fund themselves.
They wouldn’t talk to me and negotiate anything meaningful. It's "give us everything you own or else."
All my ideas the possibilities of their ideas were not heard and they cut communication per legal advisory as he stated. This is what’s most confusing. I can’t pay them if I can’t get a proper audit and communicate, which violates my agreement. So they are coercing their participants to violate my agreement which leaves them subject to removal from the nodes I acquired for them. They are making them choose their plan to not have their coins stolen, or my plan, to have a small deduction to cover people’s locked MEW coins equally and launch LIFT properly to provide even more profits.
I have nothing to hide. If they are innocent and not committing malicious litigation, why are they so afraid they would say anything to risk their ability to manipulate what evidence can be used against them?
They know they will be objectively questioned if they read the agreement to know about costs of proportional nature within a cooperative.
They would know that James used his clout to demand payments go to a MEW where there is implied risk, he didn’t take the time to confirm would be without risk for the group even though he gave them the guarantee.
I never updated the agreement to take liability from there, nor did they take objective choice to protect themselves should they want to remain but opt out of cost liability for anything that threatens the maintenance of the LIFT stake and others who want it to go through.
We all took on shared risk in business decisions and that was clearly implied.
I’m being vulnerable, humble and objective on what I need to do to solve this problem as a leader so there is nothing to blame. I have everything to gain, if not now, possibly never!
I received an interesting demand letter from another who stakes and who is going along with this. It was notarized. It demanded that I hand over the nodes and about every asset they could find I had. She wouldn’t negotiate demanding saying she would take me to court if I didn’t answer her questions with a signed copy in wet ink, also signing over my property to her. It was a sly trick. I declined and emailed her back with rebuttals for every statement in fine detail. I emailed it to everyone I could who had provided me an audit form entry.
She responded by saying she wouldn’t look at my email and would sue, showing she won’t negotiate out of court even though viable solutions would have been available If we took action together at that time rather than collude to punish me.
Don McKinnon helped by creating the audit form for me. When this all started to go down however, he changed sides and hid the audit from me. This is the core of malicious intent from my perspective. He’s preventing me from having access to pay them!
I’m talking to my lawyer about holding Don and other members of the syndicate liable for harms caused and to be sued, it’s horrible, but he’s playing with fire and he needs to know that what he is doing is wrong. I will report what my lawyers say as soon as I can.
Don was who I signed up with Karatbars, my top VIP member. He is sitting on more wealth than ever imagined, yet, he shows excitement when they talk about suing me and contending to ashes sadistic pleasure to see me go to jail, even though no one was harmed or would be harmed from my continued leadership.
This kind of company is not the kind that sticks together through thick and thin to make a successful business, they are all in it for themselves. They have no group vision.
They want to sue me for not paying as if I’m violating contract, but they are purposely preventing me for paying many people in the node. This must be due to fear created from statements that they would take all contributors coins if they didn’t sign the new agreement drafted by their lawyer.
I was told by Ash any communication from me was considered harassment, but he continued to communicate to me and seek to instill fear. I responded because I knew his statements were not true as I was trying to talk to him about my decision and why it was necessary to ensure that no one was at a significant loss. I wanted to plead to his sensitive side, if he had any, to follow Rochdale principles and put the community as a whole first.
Now I can’t even pay but a few people who don’t care about Ash and rather would not be coerced into suing me and support my project.
They cut communication with me and flagged me on facebook. People want to do damage to my ability to communicate with others and this never happens . Someone or some people are conspiring to harm me when all I want is to make things right.
Also, someone complained to Karatbars compliance in an attempt to stop my progress signing up people for contact with me when proved I have great skills posting that I could get dozens of contacts a day.
Someone hated that I was being successful in finding interested prospects, as if they don’t want my skills and ideas to benefit the company, they wanted me to be under their terms where people lose which is unfortunate. As you can see. I can be a leader in this company. I’m showing real promise with my development of LIFT with services and products to help entrepreneurs in the crypto space.
They are creating the situation they are trying to sue me for!
They block my ability to pay their members with coercion!
They have changed their contract many times to include fees under extreme coercion that if they didn’t they will take their coins.
I said I could un-stake them and return them, over time as they pay out or with replacement coins from someone willing but not destroy the node or hand them over. It says this in the agreement. These terms were expected from the start when I began talking and writing about why LIFT was a part of it, to ensure its crowd funded by the little holding for its development. I’m not trying to take anyone's coins like them. They are making it impossible to send them to their community, this is outright disastrous as they are making people take sides.
Now, in the words of Ash Grimshaw, they are “having fun” with this and encouraging people to contribute the most to sue me in exchange for a percentage of the new Masternodes coins they are going to distribute. This is what I saw but I didn’t get a photo before they totally closed off my access.
I have since cleared my account of concern but it still gets my nerves that they seek to hack me and spy. Since the attacks to my plan began, have also have suspicious activity on my computer. Spies viewing my documents and virus alerts going off showing a program I quarantined and deleted that was trying to access my files.
Thank god for Karatbars, their K1 and WHIM laptops, I’m so blessed to have a blockchain K1 arriving soon because we all need that blockchain security for the nodes and for the activism work I do that has been attacked in the past as well.

6 Non-Aggression Principle and the the exception to the rule, the Cooperative.
We should do unto others as we would have done unto us.
We should not do unto others as we would not want done to us.
The non-aggression principle states “The non-aggression principle (NAP), also called the non-aggression axiom, the anti-coercion, zero aggression principle, or non-initiation of force, is an ethical stance asserting that aggression is inherently wrong. In this context, aggression is defined as initiating or threatening any forceful interference with an individual or their property.[1] In contrast to pacifism, it does not forbid forceful defense.
Aware that Masternodes and Supernodes pay out dividends for life, an exact cost of entering into an agreement is guaranteed to be returned, regardless of the costs of legal help and smart contracts to create a lasting organization, since there is no technical loss and consistent profit with longevity in supporting the vision of the project.
Since there is no forceful interference with an individual's property. They loaned the coins to build the Local Incentive Financial Technology and they expect to be paid out their coins, there is no coercion to pay more.
Normally, the ideas to distribute the ownership, taking from some to give to others, would absolutely be a violation of the NAP, however, I created a crowdfunder, not a fiduciary following their terms, but the terms of Liberty Economy llc management as decided necessary to uphold their function and the LIFT protocol launch. I only offered democratic participation in certain areas for LIFT development and potential removal from nodes as needed, but never to enable mutiny as they believed.
The crowdfunder said it was for LIFT clearly. It said we would bring up costs after and that the agreement would change as required but never to take from the original intent. The intent was always, cooperative and proportional ownership.
They wanted a pure-democracy system which is not something I ever advocated for, rather, a limited direct-democracy under constitutional executive function was offered.
They gave knowing they were in ownership of Liberty Economy and LIFT and that they would receive payments proportional to the amount they gave minus costs for the entire projects need.
A cooperative provides the value of shared gain and loss in the circumstances when an honest mistake in could result in cost to the whole organization for its protected mission.
Only costs to maintain the integrity of the project are needed, all other coins are proportionally divided in any cooperative. This is why the exact amount was flexible and we were in the discovery process of what needs the organization had.
I don’t feel I’m violating anyone's rights or taking from them when they gave the coins to me to acquire the node, putting them in my ownership and creating terms to provide proportional distribution after costs as agreed.
By proportionally distributing Liberty Economy takes on all responsibility for the missing supernode to ensure they are paid a lifetime of benefit, even though no Supernode was truly acquired to do so.
It represented that it is only a small matter of time until full payment, a time difference myself and several others were patient to live with upon deposit anyway, knowing there were initial costs to be covered proportionally.
Alternatively, it’s my conviction to truthfully explain that the Syndicate is forcing their members, even now, competing on who can give the most donations to my Federal court summons.
They want to force me as well with the power of a court, police officers and jail wardens, to strangle my ability to produce the beautiful "great work" I have for the world. There is no harm to them and they can be paid off forever under existing circumstances.
They have multiple philosophical differences with my company overall and I pity their position established in cardinal sins and I pray they wake up before being delivered the news that they are criminal, with slander, coercion and purposeful sabotage of the peoples funds they are supposed to be distributed.
A cooperative follows ideals fo shared responsibility to community. These are the ideals of Liberty Ecnomy, LIFT and the Masternode Cooperative. Our agreement was to come together as a family for a goal, to bring gold and cryptocurrency mainstream helping charitable causes.
They are not only the antithesis to what I founded the crowdfunder on, they are also showing their own weaknesses that I must exploit to show you why participating with me is better than with them.
They have a point in their contract that says all legal disputes have to happen within the State of Arizona, as if they stole from my agreement and didn't update it. Most of them are located outside of the USA. If someone has a legal issue with them, are they too sue from Arizona per the contract?
It goes to show, they don't read contracts, not even their own contracts they coerce others sign!
People were forced into signing with them under coercion to have their coins stolen and under this contract law, their contract isn't even valid. A lawsuit would be between the individual affected and the custodian of their shared node where they live, not Arizona. I'm not a lawyer but I study law and this I'm sure of. The only person in Arizona that could be sued must be Don McKinnon.
I'm talking with a lawyer soon, it's confirmed, my retainer is in, and he could be liable for criminal charges of sabotaging my company, taking away the audit form he set up for us to work together with as a manager with me. I'll report more on this soon!
They are showing signs of the following cardinal sins:
Greed: for wanting the most gold and having no charitable vision for the entire company to thrive with.
Envy: for wanting no less than others even though LIFT is supposed to be about the spirit of giving.
Sloth: For now wanting to do any work to maintain placement in the node or become proactive to fix the situation.
Wrath: for wanting to put me in jail and harm by the government, even though no one is at harm themselves or true loss. For not being patient to let me find replacement coins and pursue working with them to help them as well. They show malice for not allowing negotiation and insisting that they must sue me and destroy my life.
Furthermore, they are showing all signs of the following negative states of being:
Callus: for not caring about Supernode three victims much objective proportions they can benefit from the nodes just the same as them. They decided to only tax new node member 5%, they would have to have twenty nodes to make up for Supernode three. They don’t want to give any of their own funds. The only reason new people are giving 5% because it’s less than I would have to change to help those who have coins stuck in the MEW proportionally, giving themselves a competitive edge to take away my steam based on NOT helping others
Ignorance: For contributing to a crowdfunder, expecting strict fiduciary obligations, without reading the agreement or asking questions about why there was no guaranteed amount listed for their payments from the nodes in the agreement or asking why it said my company shall not be liable for any KBC payments. More on this to come when my legal advisory explains the law, contracts and my rights.
My project is based in virtue, not greed for capital, yet it's far more capitalizing than their idea at the same time!

7 Lawsuit Threats and Non-Violent Solutions
It’s so frustrating that I left my petitioning career I’m supposed to be working to make an effort to come forward and solve the problem. I’m supposed to be earning income now and instead, I’m challenged by this dilemma and talking to lawyers and I can’t find help or give much advice until their lawyer(s) disclose what they seek to charge me with.
I am however acquiring legal council for defense in preparation, and to update all contracts for LIFT appropriately, from agreements with Masternode Cooperative founders, to business owners, affiliates and charities that will participate.
I will plead to the people to support me and help yourself to see my idea is valid and can be ours to have ambition for moving forward.
I want to pass on my legacy to whoever is willing to help step in and do their best to save me from the perilous forces against me.
I don’t believe what they are doing is just because there is still a positive solution where everyone can win and they dwell on negative reactive outcomes in hope to take my dreams by the force of State sanctioned violence.
Regardless if they read the agreement, they agreed to its terms and Rochdale principles of the cooperative responsibility upon deposit.
What gives them the right to put me in harm's way when no harm has been done to them?
What gives them the right to threaten me with jail and coerce my associates into not defending me.
My agreement stated principles that defend the just nature of pre-agreed collective ownership with no other hierarchy based on investment level among them. Myself as the executive and my treasurer are the core members on the official board.

I should be able to earn the trust of many people, save face by being forthright and honest, and have community interest in working with other top Karatbars reps to secure Masternode transfers with agreed proportional sharing once the coins have been replaced.
I’m not alone in thinking that they are being uncooperative in the agreement they already made with me to allow for complete flexibility as needed.
