Phone (5-Minute Freewrite Challenge)

I took my phone, and tried to look at the pictures I saved on it, even the old ones that are captured. I stumbled upon the photographs about two decades ago. Well, they made me smile and laughed. But at the same time, it gives me tears knowing how time passes, and all I got to do is look on what lies ahead.

Remember the times when we buy song magazine, and look for the lyrics of our favorite songs. When you cannot afford to buy one, you have to have a notebook where you write the lyrics on.

Chris has his guitar on, and we sing along with the songs being played. Until other classmates will come along, and sing together. Remember those days when none of us doesn't have mobile phones, and no social media yet. We get to socialize with one another.

Playing badminton and volleyball. Those days when we don't feel the heat of the sun. We have misunderstandings, but eventually reconcile. Throwing papers to each other when teacher is not around.

The days when we don't think much about problems. We only think of what we're going to do the next day. All we think is how to make our day happy. But life now is way different as we need to focus on real life issues.
