A poem I wrote inspired by a painting my sister created

Still waters only interruption
A fluorescent frog playing hopscotch on white lily pads
Tadpoles glide near waters break unafraid of what predators may lurk
Overjoyed at every second life extends
Paradise is a state created
Notice the presence in which life exists not to pleasure the observer or entertain the gazer
If no one was present to witness the majesty of the sun’s descent on the horizon would it retain its allure?
Nature does not need the vain to discover purpose
Take lessons from the gardens, artistry unappreciated loses no value... it is not a reflection of worth.
Pen strokes and brush strokes guided by occipital brain waves follow patterns set forth by evolutionary time-frames
Nirvana will be gained when we decide against tiptoeing through rain and instead embrace the inevitable saturation of our skin and jump in unfazed by the possibility of having to begin again
Failing to live present and our obsession with treating future and past as relics of our existence
forces us into unnatural cycles that cause the misinterpretation of ingenuity
Freeing fear from rib{cages} returns us to the natural state of life’s cycles unabridged by a lack of spectators
It is free. We are free from expectations.
