Yesterday while learning how to transfer and receive Hive-Engine.com tokens in an automated manner in order to properly implement HE token banking on the upcoming Hive-Roller.com v0.8.0 release it donned on my that it might be fun to practice these sort of things by building a fun little smart contract or headless application. After a bit of thought the idea to create a PONZI game for HIVE. After a fair amount of bashing my head against the keyboard and abrasive learning I finally managed to get it running properly and in doing so learned how to send and receive HE tokens.

What ended up being created was the PONZI HE token and with it the @play.ponzi HIVE account which operates and facilitates the HIVE networks first automated PONZI scheme. Send the @play.ponzi account some PONZI tokens and if all goes well and more users deposit behind you you'll receive a return of 200% the PONZI tokens you initially deposited sent to the account you initally deposited from.
