FA CUP TO THE RESCUE

A little break from English Premier League this weekend into FA Cup. Many premier League teams meeting second league to fight for the Cup. Many of the teams did pay at one time in the EPL. Now there are two teams that catch my attention this Sunday.

Chelsea has been going sliding down in the big league. As a fan I was looking for a rescue to boost morale.
Luton did come to play but not to win this match.
Abraham found a way to score three goals.
Usually this meeting always finishes in one side score.
Tim did miss a penalty. He is a great player looking for a way
to prove his place on the team.

Chelsea has many great assets on the team.
It is up to Lampard to put them together. While the struggle is evident
a win should bring confidence back in the front to score goals.
Abraham was persona non-grata in the EPL, so scoring again
will help a lot.

The other match that captured my attention was the emergence of Manchester United. They are the leader in EPL. Apart from Progba and fernandes, it seems the team is okay. Rashford is coming out but timidly not scoring as it should.
Lately the whole team proves they can keep winning.

On the other hand Liverpool is not acting good. This is FA Cup and they are meeting Manchester United, you guess it right from their last meeting.
Apparently it could be an internal problem for them.
I expect them to rebound and continue their stride.

Most of the elite teams cruise to the FA Cup easily while some rest their players for the big league. A W this season is well received and a stamp for the team. I hope Chelsea grabbed this win to prolong their season this year.
Did your team play this weekend?
