  • Manchester United confirmed on Thursday about Ibrahimovic exit ahead of his projected move to MLS, having put pen to paper on a two year contract with LA Galaxy.
    After featuring for United for 2 seasons, the 36 year old veteran who sustained a knee injury that kept him out for 8months after an impressive first season where he managed 28 goals in 46 games has been released by United as his contract was terminated on Thursday.     Before his contract termination, Sweden boss Andersson already stated clearly that the fans favourite (Ibrahimovic) would not be automatically welcomed back to the club after his retirement irrespective of his achievements.
