Hello Steemians, had you taken your meal now?
This is my breakfast today, cooked by my mom.
My mom supposedly cooked Sunny Side-up Eggs but I insisted when I saw a small ampalaya inside the refrigerator. I convince her to cook it with the eggs.
Normally the recipe is called Ampalaya with Eggs but mommy joyfully called it Eggs with Ampalaya because there are more eggs than the Ampalaya slices.
Since birth may be, I love ampalaya. My mom told that my neighbor who had a lot of ampalaya plants fed me with her cooked ampalaya . Since then I always told my mom that I'll have to go to my neighbor's house to eat what I had tasted. So my mom was curious what my neighbor gave me to eat.
Until now I often request my mom to buy ampalaya when she goes to the market. And my siblings learn to love it too.
