Now you know that delicious pineapple is rich in benefits, so today I will share a sweet and spicy pickled pineapple recipe that many people love.

The materials needed are easy to obtain and easy to make.
Ingredients:

  1. one large pineapple (choose a young one)
    2.500 grams of sugar
  2. a tablespoon of salt
  3. one liter of water
  4. ten red chilies (choose fresh)

How to make:
Boil water, sugar and salt until it boils and the sugar dissolves. Let the sugar solution cool down, while waiting for the solution to cool, we can chop the pineapple and chilli

Cut the pineapple and chilies according to taste (don't throw away the hard pineapple heart, cut it with the pineapple flesh). Put the pieces of pineapple and chili into the jar

after the solution is cold, pour it into a jar containing pieces of pineapple and red chili (remember the sugar solution must be cold)

Close the jar, Put the pickled pineapple into the refrigerator, for young pineapples, the sugar solution will usually come together after 10 hours, for old pineapples it will usually take 5 hours.

Taste the spicy fresh pickled gravy and fresh pineapple.
Good luck, keep spirit and healthy
