It's so cold!!! I'm craving something spicy and hot. In this cold weather, there are four favorite dishes in Vietnam: Hot pot, BBQ, boiled snails and spicy noodles. This is a newly opened restaurant in my town, this is a snack restaurant that has a lot of different snacks, it's called " Quan Ty Sun". This restaurant sells a combination of snails and Korean spicy noodles, few restaurants sell both because the way to make these dishes takes a long time. I ordered 2 bowls of Korean spicy noodles, 1 plate of boiled snails and 1 can of coke, these are my favorite snacks. It's great that I don't have to go to many places for snacks, just go to this snack restaurant, and I have everything I crave.
If you've read many of my articles, you probably already know that I've written reviews about Korean spicy noodles and boiled snails but at different restaurants. In this article, I will only talk about what makes me like this restaurant:
About menu:
- Snacks are very diverse, suitable for the taste of young people.
- The food here is cheap, suitable for people with little money like students,.. If you've been to West Lake, Vietnam - famous for snail dishes, it's overpriced, I've eaten there a few times and will never go back, I guess for that high price they can only sell to the foreign customers.

A dish that must always be eaten with snails is: Figs Salted. This dish is marinated with sugar, chili, salt, star fruit to remove the fishy smell of snails. For boiled snails, Vietnamese people always boil snails with lemongrass and lime leaves. The dipping sauce is a combination of lemongrass, ginger (fragrance), chili, chili sauce (spicy), lemon (sour), sugar (sweet).
The price of a spicy bowl is 45,000 VND - 60 VND (about 1.5 USD - 2.5 USD).Like other spicy noodle restaurants, there are 7 levels of spiciness, I'm a person who can't eat spicy, so I usually eat level 0 seafood spicy noodles (but it's still very spicy). In a bowl of spicy seafood noodles, there are: shrimp, squid, Korean noodles, bok choy, purple cabbage, Korean chili powder, enoki mushrooms, fish balls, kimchi, sweet corn, sausages, vegetables, clams. Too many delicious ingredients in one boiling bowl. I don't know why but spicy noodles are always the first thing that comes to mind when I'm hungry. Especially in winter, I crave spicy noodles like crazy, I think about it even when I sleep. :((( This dish is very easy to make at home but this dish requires too many ingredients so I still decided to go to this restaurant to spicy noodles.
