Ube Biko with Yema
Hiya Everyone! Tori here! Today, I'll be showcasing a popular treat. Ube Biko is a variation of the Philippines' Kakanin or Sticky Rice Cake. It consists of a special type of sticky, coconut milk, sugar, and of course our ube flavoring (can be ube jam or ube powder). It is usually served during parties, especially in far-flung areas as biko is usually served because of how cheap it can be made. It is simple but is delicious and really fun to eat.
//All rewards for this post will be forwarded to our beneficiary: Jing and Lou Subibi, they are infected with the COVID-19 virus and are recovering in their home, however, they have insufficient funds for the necessary medical equipment and medicines prescribed by their physician for recovery. To alleviate their situation, I'm offering to submit all of the rewards for this post to them. Please like and share so that plenty will be reached out to them. Thank you and God Bless everyone!
