Cuisine: the madeleines
the madeleines:
- Vanilla (I put 3gttes of bourbon vanilla)
- 4 eggs - 20gr of liquid honey
- 150gr fine sugar - 20gr brown sugar
- 180gr of fermenting flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- 180g unsalted butter
- zest of a lemon.
Preparation:
- Melt the butter (lukewarm)
- Beat the eggs with the honey, sugar, brown sugar, vanilla until a frothy mass.
- Then pour the melted butter, the lemon zest and mix.
- Let stand for 30 minutes.
- Butter silicone molds (I took some paper molds).
- Preheat the oven to 210 ° (no forced air).
- Pour the dough into the molds.
