Would you like to do this restaurant dessert at home?Easy.
Perfect creme brulee should have a creamy, soft
filling and caramelised, crunchy sugar on the top.
It's pretty easy to do and there are a lot of variations including adding some spices, liqueurs or fresh fruits.
I have chosen white chocolate brulee for this recipe.

Beat the egg yolks and sugar together in a bowl.
Warm up the cream and milk.Scrape the vanilla seeds , add them to the cream.
Melt the chocolate gently.
Pour the cream and milk to the eggs mixture slowly along with melted white chocolate-whisk.
Heat the oven to 95 degrees C.
Divide the brulee mixture between four ramekins.
Bake for 45 minutes.Chill.
Just before serving sprinkle some sugar on the top of each brulee and caramelise with blow torch or shortly in the oven using grill option.
Decorate with some fresh fruits.
