Instant maida dosa

Flour - 1 Cup
Rice flour - 1/4 cup
salt to taste
Curry leaves - 1 twig
Green chili - 2
Green Coriander - 2 tbsp (Chopped)
Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon

Mix all the ingredients and water into a mixing bowl, mix it well and make a chilli.

Now let the pan heat up and spread the outdoors before spreading it and then spread it inside.

When one side is cooked well then turn it on and the other side will also cook until it gets well Crisp.
