Every day is a great day to prep meals and healthy snacks for the week. While Violet, Domenic (and the husband) napped today I whipped these up in about 10mins. As you make these more and more the most important thing is to get the consistency right in order for the balls to roll.
I used Blackmores new Blueberry blend superfood powder.
This baby is loaded with Vitamin C and antioxidants, so that combined with natural protein and essential fats makes these balls pretty amazing.

Ingredients
12 pitted dates, chopped
1/2 cup Raw protein powder
2 tsp Blackmore superfood powder – wild blueberry blend
1/2 cup Almond meal
3-4 Tbls coconut oil, plus extra if you need to adjust consistency
2 Tbls shredded coconut, plus extra for rolling
Method
- Add all ingredients to bowl and mix well.
- Roll into balls and coat with extra shredded coconut.
- Store in fridge for up to 5 days.
