Nothing beats home cooked meals, but a lot of us sucked at it, maybe too lazy or lacking kitchen skills. But we could order for some of these tasty munches from trusted Cooks and chefs that deliver to homes. In my case its just pure dislike for shopping, so i did ordered for the stew sauce you are looking at, it goes with any kind of rice and pasta of you love spicy foods like me. Not that I can't cook, I do cook but not often, maybe its lack of interest or just laziness. Like i stated earlier, mine is pure resentment for going shopping in markets and grocery stores; of course you can cook without ingredients right?
Irrespective of how tasty a takeout meal is, its still not comparable to home cook meals, and there are reasons for this. One is the choice of spices and ingredients used, also how well cooked a meal is(fairly cooked, deeply cooked, fairly over cooked) as there are different tastes and styles of cooking preferable to different homes and individuals.
You can observe so many health safety measures if you do home cooked meals a lot, like not using transfats, not using refined sugar or salts with some dangerous spices hazardous to health but which many fast food and cafeterias don't mind using. You can also balance your carbs to protein ration, vitamins and all. You can barely do none of this in an ordered Pizza or Shawarma or pastries, you can't tell if the oil used is refined or a vegetable oil and so on. Maybe there are special types for health challenged people, but over here there's no specials; you get same thing regardless of your your health challenges lol.
The sauce you are looking at was made by a pro chef, a bit pricey but worth the price. My mom must be looking down and smiling at my laziness, these and many more was her specialties aside from being an elementary teacher. God rests her soul, but I miss her and the tasty meals which I have traveled hours upstate to eat and bring back to my city.
