Ingredients

1 tablespoon vegetable oil; 1 large carrot;
1 small onion; 8 champignons;
1½ liters of water; 3 medium potatoes;

Preparation

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the crushed carrots, onions and diced mushrooms for 5-7 minutes on low heat.

In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil. Add potato cubes, fries and spices. Lightly cover with a lid and cook over low heat for 20-25 minutes until the potatoes are ready.

Purish the soup in a blender. For the decoration, you can remove several mushroom pieces from the roast.
