Khavyachi poli / Khava Poli / Mawa Roti.

Khawa poli or khavyachi poli is a traditional, authentic maharashtrian recipe. Usually it is made on special occasions. Very yummy recipe & rich in taste. This is a rich shahi type of poli that is made by a stuffing of Khova. Serve Hot khoya poli with ghee, it tastes awesome. It just melt in your mouth. We can store this poli for 7-8 days. It cooked in shudh desi ghee.
