Snack Time!

Yogurt, granola, and blueberries. All organic. All delicious. A yummy combination of probiotics, grains, and fruit. Whether using dairy or nut-based yogurts, this is a well balanced snack. For a vegan diet, I recommend trying it with cashew yogurt: creamy and delish! If you like dairy, the most protein-packed choice is a thick and rich greek style yogurt.
