Easy pizza recipe
Ingredients for dough preparation:
Wheat flour: 2 cup
Yeast: 1 tsp
Sugar: 1 tsp
Salt: half tsp
Milk: 1/4 cup
Lukewarm water: as per need
Oil: 2 Tbsp
First of all, add wheat flour in a bowl and then add yeast, salt, sugar and milk in it. Now slowing start adding water in it and knead it. The dough should not be too hard. It should be soft. After kneading, leave the dough for 2-3 hours until it rise. Meanwhile prepare pizza sauce.

Pizza sauce ingredients:
Tomato: 4
Ketchup: 3 tbsp
Thyme: 1/2 tsp
Oregano: 1/2 tsp
Salt: 1/2 tsp
Red chilli: 1 tsp
Oil: 3 tbsp
Chopped Garlic: 1 tbsp
First of all, boil the water and add tomato in it. After boiling remove the skin and remove the seeds from it. Grind the boiled tomato. Now in a pan,add oil and let it heat. Now add chopped garlic in it. Then add tomato paste, salt, red chilli, oregano and thyme in it. Let the water dry and your pizza sauce is ready

Chicken preparation:
Ingredients:
Chicken: 1 cup
Chilli sauce: 1 tbsp
Soya sauce: 1 tbsp
Lemon juice: 1 tbsp
Black pepper: 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder: 1/2 tsp
Salt: 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder: 1/2 tsp
Oil: 1 tbsp
Garlic: 1 tsp

Add oil in a pan and heat it. Then add garlic. After that add chicken. When the chicken turns white, add all other ingredients and cook it for 5-7 minutes.

Pizza topping:
For topping , you will need:
Mozarella cheese: 100 grams
Cheddar cheese: 50 grams
Olives: 4-5 (slice them)
Capsicum: 1
Onion: 1
Tomato: 1
Grade the cheese and cut the vegetables and olives

When the dough rise, flaten out the dough and put it in the pizza tray. Now add pizza sauce all around the dough. Then put some cheese. Add chicken that you prepared. Add cheese and then add capsicum, onion and tomato.
Preheat the oven between 450 and 500 degrees F (250 to 260 degrees C). Large, thick-crusted pizzas might need an oven temperature closer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) so the crust can cook completely before the toppings burn.
