Ingredients:-
- 1/2 cup of butter.
- 2 tbsp sun dried tomatos packed in oil.
- 2 tbsp crumbled blue cheese.
Method:-
Place butter in blender.
Blend on speed 30 seconds.
Add tomatoes and blue cheese. Blend on speed 4 to 5 time until just incorporated.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to one week
