Sun Dried Tomato Blue Cheese Butter.

Ingredients:-

  • 1/2 cup of butter.
  • 2 tbsp sun dried tomatos packed in oil.
  • 2 tbsp crumbled blue cheese.

Method:-

  • Place butter in blender.

  • Blend on speed 30 seconds.

  • Add tomatoes and blue cheese. Blend on speed 4 to 5 time until just incorporated.

  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to one week
