My interest in cooking is one more on Fridays as always. Because it is a weekly holiday, it is a great opportunity for me to enjoy cooking. This is why almost every Friday I try to gain a variety of cooking experiences.
In fact, in any case, the more you try to enjoy the subject, the more happiness you will find there. But if you fail to enjoy it, it will become difficult for you. This is also the position of our real life. Wherever we work and enjoy it, we find joy in work. This is something we should always remember.
However, today I will again share the recipe of that favorite vegetable tomato of winter. However I am trying to explain each step nicely so that everyone is able to easily understand the recipe. Because of the cooking techniques and methods of each of our regions are somewhat exceptional. Which is why the way we cook or use the method, the Rockers in other regions don’t use that method, rather they use their own method.
Today’s recipe is very simple but quite special in our society. Especially people in rural areas of our country like it more. Let's see what materials are needed-*
• Sliced tomatoes,
• Coriander leaves,
• Green pepper slices,
• Chopped onion,
• Crushed garlic,
• Ginger paste,
• Turmeric powder,
• Cumin powder and
• Soybean oil
We know the names of the materials, they are not very difficult to collect. Because of these ingredients are used in almost all the cooking in our house. So let's see how to get started-
First we have to wash the tomatoes well and then slice them nicely. Then they have to be blended through a blender machine, if necessary some water can be mixed with them.
After blending these should be poured into a pot. Then you have to put them in the fire through that pot.
Then you have to gently mix all the ingredients with them. With the exception of garlic.
After mixing the ingredients properly and cooking for a while, their color will change a bit and the color will become brighter.
After cooking for some more time, they have to be put down from the stove. And another pan should be put in the stove.
Once the pan is hot, add some oil and fry the garlic slices in the pan. Then they should be poured over the cooked tomatoes.
You can put chopped coriander leaves in it. It will smell a little fragrant.
