My secrets INGREDIENTS

(for 6 portions):

♡ 250g pumpkin

♡ 80g mushrooms

♡ 4 heaping tablespoons oatmeal

♡ 3-4 heaping tablespoons flour

♡ 2 heaping tablespoons of breadcrumbs

♡ 1 teaspoon parsley

♡ 1 teaspoon garlic powder

♡ 1 pinch of paprika

♡ Salt

PREPARATION

Preparation time: min

Cooking time: min

Total: min

The first step of this delicious recipe will be to wash and peel the pumpkin well, then choose a good pot and we can put the pumpkin and cook until it is well cooked, then this cooked will remove from the fire and let the tempera, once at room temperature, wring the pumpkin very well to remove as much as we can the water, then coarsen in smaller pieces to help us step on it with a fork and make a kind of purity.

Then we will add the mushrooms that previously we will crush with the help of a food processor, the idea is that we obtain a paste, once finished the process we will add to the pumpkin incorporating everything very well until it is a uniform mixture.

The next step will be to add to the same mixture, additional the breadcrumbs and flour that we will be incorporating in small proportions, for the moment we will let rest what will be the dough for our hamburgers. We can take the dough to the refrigerator for a lapse of half an hour.

Unlike other hamburger recipes we must cook the meat in a saute with a little oil for this recipe will use the oven which preheats to 200 degrees Celsius, we can use a silicon badge so that they do not stick to the tray, then with the help of a spoon take the measure to make our vegan meat for hamburgers and finally give it the characteristic rounded shape it carries.

Then we will take to the oven for a lapse of 10 minutes giving turn when we begin to see that they brown, the idea is that the outer part is sealed, this step I leave it to your taste.

The last step and the most expected will be to assemble our hamburgers, we will place the meat accompanied by lettuce, tomato, ketchup, and mustard, that will suffice. You can also play with the ingredients and replace them with others that are to your liking, the limit is in your imagination.

This recipe serves to make 6 mini burgers, you can keep the dough or meat you have cooked in the fridge, then you will have to cook again in the oven in the case of the dough, or preheat a frying pan and heat the burgers that you have already cooked previously.

As you can see this is a dish that has a high content of vitamins and minerals and the best a high content of animal protein that will give strength and consistency to the dish, you can prepare a weekend for your family or for when they are invited home.
