Ingredients:

kilo lamb;
six tubers of potatoes;
two onions and carrots;
one fruit of Bulgarian pepper;
half a cup of tomato juice;
zira, sweet pepper.

Cooking method:

Preparation of the dish begins with the fact that pieces of lamb are fried in oil, turning the appliance on the "Hot" mode.
As soon as the meat is browned, put onions and onion carrots, add fragrant and black pepper, salt and ziru, pour in water and in the "Quenching" mode, we prepare 1.5 hours.
