Today I am going to share with you a 2400 kcal shake recipe I generally use to make at home after a heavy work out for additional calories needed to muscle gain.
Ingredients for the shake
300 ml chocolate milk
2 Bananas
4 teaspoon full of Honey
4 teaspoon full of dark chocolate granules
4 teaspoon full of peanut butter
4 teaspoon full of MCT (medium chain triglyceride) oil
1 scoop of whey protein powder
you can also add some other ingredients according to the availability like almonds, boiled eggs, papaya or mango instead of banana
After adding all these ingredients into the blenders jar I blend them for 3-5 minutes for a smooth and creamy consistency.
And that's all your 2400 kcal smooth shake is ready to drink. It taste very delicious and full of energy and protein.
