Today I made fried slip tong fish with Khmer ingredient, like sea salt, a bit of galangal, palm sugar, black pepper, garlic. I grind all the ingredient until it became powder, I mixed with fish and kept it about 1 hour to get more flavor before fried.
I made some salad and some french fried. It was a great lunch.
