Dear people of steemit. Here I share a very simple recipe but very good! And it's a sautéed pork loin, chicken, and beef tenderloin
It's something simple that I like to do, that a Peruvian friend taught me when we studied in the faculty of gastronomy.
What we will need is:
Pork loin or pork chop
Loin or bisteck.
chicken breasts.
Cebollin.
aji dulce, or paprika
salt and pepper to taste.
First we start in a very hot pan. With oil and then add the pork tenderloin along with the chicken.
We let brown a little and then add the meat. Next to the onion and sweet pepper, salt and pepper.
We leave to cook until it is golden and ready. It is served with white rice!
