RE: Pumpkin cookies

speculaas - ginger snaps, molasses cookies, pumpkin bars - without eggs, butter, or wheat flour, nothing is the same. I've been searching online for gluten-free, vegan recipes that are actually worth cooking and the calories consumed. Still searching! Thanks for the recipe, anyway: I can smell it from here. :) Yummy.
