BBTV is back - Ditch the boring Pap & Sauce recipes and try these 2 on for size

Pap Sauce Thumbnail.png

Nothing wrong with a good old Tomato & Onion Pap & Sauce, but it's also good to try new things every now and then.

The first pap & sauce recipe is something from Donsie, my cameraman. He love's his Jimmy's almost as much as me. Tweaking our Jimmy's Steakhouse sauce with some onion, garlic, stock & beer, this BBQ style sauce works equally well on both the pap & the meat.

I do a lot of corporate catering events, and almost everyone here in South Africa loves a good Chakalaka, so whenever a client opts for a Pap & Vleis menu, I always suggest a chakalaka relish to go with it... the second recipe in this video is a chakalaka relish/sauce... except I start off with some canned tomato and onion and show you how easy it is to turn it into a "sort of" Chakalaka sauce.

Please remember to give the video an upvote and/or a ReHive if you enjoyed it ;-)
