Profiterole extraordinaire

Had to rave about a delicious dessert I chose to when recently having dinner in Sydney.
This is a pic of the hand made profiterole I had at the restaurant 'The Little Snail' in Pyrmont. Loaded with calorie stuffed creme patisserie and chocolate sauce, I couldn't think of a better way to satisfy my insides with this delightful dessert.
BTW, my wife got the sticky date pudding with butterscotch sauce...which incidentally, was equally as moorish.
Get there.
