Ingredients


  • 400g of long rice
  • 100g of crab sticks
  • 50g of peas
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 1 carrot
  • 100g of green olives without bone
  • olive oil
  • Salt


Preparation


1.- Cook the rice. For this, in a pot we put water -double amount of rice-. We put in a good pinch of salt and bring it to a boil. Once it boils in a gush, add the rice and let cook for 20 minutes. Until it is "al dente".

2.- While it is cooking, in another pot with water and a pinch of salt, we also cook the peas. In this case, about 10 minutes, enough time for them to be cooked but firm

3.- Drain the peas and rice and let it cool completely

4.- In a salad bowl, we put these two ingredients, the chopped red pepper, the olives cut in half, the sliced ​​crab sticks and the chopped carrot.

5.- Mix everything well and finally, we water with a little olive oil. That will serve as dressing and will give the final touch.
