  • 2 tablespoons of flour;
  • 2 bananas.


Beat the egg, salt, sugar and vanilla. Add softened butter and mix well. Pour the flour, mix thoroughly with a fork and knead the dough.

Now do some stuffing. Beat the egg, sugar and sour cream. Add cottage cheese and flour and mix until smooth. If the curd is too dry, sprinkle it through a sieve.

Brush with oil a form with a diameter of 22 cm. Spread the dough on the bottom and sides of the form. Cut the bananas into slices, put on the dough and pour the curd mixture. Bake the cake at 180 ° C for about 40 minutes.
