Today I'm gonna share with you all the recipe of "Elish Fish with Eggplants."
Ingredients:
Elish Fish
Potato
Turmaric powder
Cumin powder
Ginger Garlic paste
Tomatoes
Eggplant
Process:
Take a pan. Add oil and fry onions. Add ginger garlic paste. Fry well. Put rest all the ingredients and add some water. Fry well then put eggplants and potatoes. Cover and cook. After getting tendered put off the stove nd serve with rice.
