Today I'm gonna share with you all the recipe of "Egg Curry with Potatoes"
Ingredients:
Eggs
Onion
Potato
Green chili
Coriander leafs
Turmeric powder
Red chili powder
Cumin powder
Coriander powder
Process:
Take a bowl. Get eggs. Beat with small amount of spices. Then take a frying pan. Fry eggs by folding. Cut and take out in a plate. Then take a pan. Add oil and fry onions. Add all the dry spices and little water. Get well fried. Then add water and get boiled. Put potato pieces and cover. Cook until potatoes gets tendered. Put egg pieces and cook for sometime. Garnish with coriander leafs.
Serve with rice.
