Today I'm gonna share with you all the recipe of "Bain Fish Curry"
Ingredients:
Bain Fish
Ginger garlic paste
Onion
Turmeric powder
Red chili powder
Cumin powder
Coriander powder
Salt
Oil
Process:
Take a pan. Add oil and heat up. Put onion and fry. When onion get soft add ginger garlic paste. Fry for sometime. Add all the dry spices and some water. Mix and cook for sometime. Put fishes and stir carefully. Cover and cook. Cook until fish gets tendered. Garnish with coriander leafs and serve.
Serve with rice.
