It’s getting colder! But my citrus trees are still gifting us with their fruit so we’re scaring away any cold or flu bugs by consuming copious amounts of vitamin C daily. As an after dinner drink I boiled a few cinnamon sticks with cloves and star anise. When it filled the air in delicious warmth, I poured this concoction over the juice of 1 blood orange and a spoonful of raw honey.
I added a little dehydrated blood orange slice on top for good looks.
