Green Smoothie of The Day: Creamy Coconut Dream

Hydrating and nutritious smoothie to start your day with full energy. High in fibers, potassium, manganese, and vitamin A, C, and E. I often like to add goji berries or chia seeds for more flavor and healthy nutrients! For more creaminess and coconut flavor, use 1 cup coconut milk and 1 cup coconut water as a liquid base.

Ingredients

2 cups spinach
1 ½ cups pineapple
2 kiwi
½ avocado
2 cups coconut water

Directions

  1. Blend spinach and coconut water until smooth.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and blend again
