1.- In a bowl, put the lentils -which will be previously cooked-. To cook them, just put them in water with a little salt. you do not need to add anything else.
2.- We add the rest of the ingredients and mix. In addition to the suggested ingredients, you can add tuna, crab sticks, boiled egg ... Whatever you want
3.- We seasoned with a little olive oil. I consider that with oil as dressing, it is more than enough. but you can also add balsamic vinegar if you wish.
