My first ever smartphone has a health app...

I either cycle to shift my weight, stop drinking, or do both!

Until I go on holiday, late July or lose 2 stone to get to my fighting weight of 11 stone (whichever is sooner), I'll be trying to stay off the alcohol and push myself cycling. :(
