Have you ever tried deep breathing exercises in your life if don’t then start doing these exercises will give you relief from all problems. So I will tell you here very simple and easy method to do. Position is up to you, can do in sitting on chair in standing position in semi fowler position or in upright position. While you start it take proper position close your eyes and take a deep breath inhaling by nose for 5 seconds your chest will expand diaphragm will come up and oxygen will reach to lungs hold it for few seconds and exhale through mouth diaphragm will lower down and carbon dioxide will release repeat this pattern for 15 to 20 minutes and see improvements how it works to keep your body fit.
