Squat Challenge Complete- Sunday 6.17.18

I took a few days off to celebrate fathers day with my father and father in law. I also wanted to spend some more quality time with my boys. Sorry I have been off the last few days, but I plan on being more consistent from this point on. If anyone participated and did this challenge the last few days (thursday- today) please let me know how many you did. Thank you all for your understanding and support!

I have noticed that a few more people having been inquiring about this challenge. If you or someone you know is looking for some motivation and are interested in this challenge please point them in this direction.

Day 48 of my squat challenge and I was able to complete 75 squats today. Looking for more motivated individuals to join me!! I just crossed the 2K squat mark. I am really excited many people have been interested and joined in on this challenge.

To everyone in the challenge keep working hard you are all an inspiration to me.

This challenge will be a squat challenge. I chose a squat challenge because I felt that the ability to perform these squats anywhere like work, school, office, and at home made it easier to complete.

The challenge:

Perform at least 50 squats per day. They DO NOT have to be consecutive. You can ease into this challenge by maybe doing 5-10 at a time. Your daily squats should total to a minimum of 50 squats. You can always go above and beyond.

Strongly encourage everyone to take one before the challenge pic, and update after a few weeks to show the growth in your body.
