New 30 day Challenge!!!

In this video I demonstrate my new 30 day challenge. I am going to start doing 3 min Planks a day. This can be broken up into 3- 1 minute sets of planks or 2 1.5 minute planks. As long as you complete a total of 3 minutes per day you have completed the challenge.
