HOW MUCH PROTEIN SHOULD I TAKE DAILY?

Aim for atleast 1-1.5g of protein per pound of bodyweight.

For example - 180 pound person would need atleast 180g to 270g of protein intake daily.

More protein the better, however, excess protein intake would result in waste and loss of money.
