I decide to go on a diet to reach normal weight and maintain it because results for blood pressure and liver somatic index on the physical examination are not good. I'll try going on a diet steadily by posting daily exercising and feelingseeing the changing weight.
below shows my daily exercising plan
- stretching
- plank for 5 more minutes (divide 3 times)
- push up 20 times
- exercise with 5kg dumbbells
- riding a bicycle for 20 minutes with intension of 1 step and for 20 minutes with intension of 2 step
- running for 10 minutes with a running machine
this is current my weight and my goal is 60kg
