I follow Pelevin's story - a family that has lost 3 kids because of CPS hunt.
Kids were taken away some months ago because of "poor living conditions" (not news, a traditional scheme).
In fact, the family really was in a hard life situation but it wasn't a reason for destroying the family. Moreover, if kids themselves were against of going to an orphanage.
A famous family protection lawyer pays much attention to the protection of this family. And it's a good sign - it means they are really not guilty in anything, and it's just another case of juvenile justice outrage.
The court was held some days ago.
Unfortunately, it didn't give anything for now. The next fight will be in the end of September.
But a bright example of CPS lie shocked even the lawyer.
The eldest daughter was under psychologists control for a long time. They tried their best to convince the girl that her family and parents are bad, and it would be better for her to change the family!
Moreover, they promised her that all their talks would be confidential. But in fact they gave the docs to the court!
isn't it breaking the law?
"I was told that our conversation would not go anywhere..." - said the girl, and then the letter from the orphanage psychologists was included in the case materials.
In addition, Daria refuted the allegations that were included in the final document of the "study of the psychological state of children".
3 psychologists, contrary to the law that minors cannot be interrogated in the absence of legal representatives, manipulated the child's opinion.
The girl, of course, did not know that she could refuse and not answer their questions.
The girl complained that she hadn't said anything bad about parents, but they wrote what was better for their goal!
The lawyer published the docs, and all of them are based not on facts, but on CPS assumptions what was bad for kids, and why they had to be transferred to another family.
