En otro intento de hacer un desayuno diferente a la arepa o al pan, realicé unos crepes de plátanos rellenos de jamón y queso. Quedaron divinos y fue tan divertido que ya quiero prepararlos de nuevo. # ¡Les cuento paso a paso!

- Tres plátanos maduros - Jamón y queso - Un huevo - Un poquito de mantequilla.

Lavamos y picamos los plátanos, y los ponemos a hervir hasta que queden bien suaves, ya que tenemos que aplastarlos.

Luego de que están bien blandos les quitó las conchas y luego los trituré con un tenedor, lo más que pude para quitar los grumos grandes.

Para ponerlo más suave, lo puse en la licuadora, con un huevo y un poquitico de agua. Lo dejé licuar unos minutos y ya lo tenía como quería. Igual quedan algunos trozos de plátano más gruesos, pero como ya están cocidos no harán daño.

Con la mezcla ya en el bowl, extiendo una bolsita y hago una bolita. Pongo la bolita en el medio de la bolsa, la cubro con la otra parte de la bolsa y la extiendo tan largo como quiero, y además tan delgado como vaya gustando. Cuando ya lo tenemos como deseamos le agrego en el medio jamón y queso.

Con ayuda de la bolsita giramos el plátano relleno para que quede en forma de cilindro. Cuando ya la tenemos bien enrrolladita, le agregué un poquito de mantequilla arriba para que se derrita cuando lo llevemos a coser.

Las coloqué en una bandejita de aluminio y las metí en el airfryer (porque no tenemos horno), también las puedes hacer fritas en aceite, pero es una opción menos saludable. Las puse a 200° centígrados por 15 min.

Hice varios para desayunar todos juntos, y la verdad a mi esposo no solo le gustó tomar las fotos si no comerse estos crepes con su cafecito. A veces hay que intentar hacer recetas diferentes, vale la pena nutrirnos y divertirnos a la vez.
