Today's run was marred by considerable tiredness from the week's activities which slowed me down a bit.
I was breathing really intensely from around the 4km mark (temperature might have had something to do with it too) and struggled throughout to find any rhythm.
All in, am glad I was able to complete another run in one piece - free from injury and complications.
Today's shaping up to be pretty busy but I will be actively making effort to get some needed rest regardless.
Running Tip: Pay Attention to Poise
Work on your running form as you begin your running journey. A proper form can quickly build stamina and increase performance. Stand straight and ensure to breathe at all times.
