By Thursday, I was already dreaming of running today while at the office. Thoughts of my distance, pace, and after activities filled my mind (this running thing is becoming an obsession...lol).
It ended up being a very easy, relaxed run on Asphalt. At no point did I feel compelled to go faster and I maintained a steady pace all through. Time might not be great, but the race was.
At least contrary to last week am not lying in my bed all day. After the run I've already gone to see a friend and would be doing one more visiting before the day runs out.
