Another day, another solid run on Asphalt. Asphalt running has always been my thing and there is no terrain I find more comfortable.
Today's run was pretty decent considering I ran a Similar distance yesterday.
Since then I have been spending quality time with my friends and plan to have a long sleep tonight.
Hopefully the week is kind to me.
